Consultation:

Reach out by phone, email, or contact form, or book a complimentary 20-minute consultation. If you are unsure which therapist to choose, we will help match you.

Begin a structured therapy plan that usually starts with weekly sessions and later shifts to biweekly support.

We offer 1-on-1 individual, couples, and family therapy in person in Brampton and virtually across Ontario.

Session length: 50 to 100 minutes

Fees: $150 - $250 per session
