Our Therapy Process

Consultation:

Reach out by phone, email, or contact form, or book a complimentary 20-minute consultation. If you are unsure which therapist to choose, we will help match you.

Talk to our Therapist

Share what brings you to therapy, learn about your therapist’s approach, and ask any questions you may have.

Start Therapy

Begin a structured therapy plan that usually starts with weekly sessions and later shifts to biweekly support.

We offer 1-on-1 individual, couples, and family therapy in person in Brampton and virtually across Ontario.

Session length: 50 to 100 minutes

Fees: $150 - $250 per session
