Welcome to Here and Now Therapy. By accessing or using our website and therapy services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Here and Now Therapy provides psychotherapy and counselling services delivered virtually to clients located in Ontario. Services are offered by Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Therapy sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book therapy sessions. For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. Fees and Payments

All session fees will be confirmed before booking. Payments must be made in Canadian dollars. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

4. Confidentiality

Your privacy is protected under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Information shared in sessions is confidential, except in situations where therapists are legally required to disclose, including:

1. Risk of serious harm to yourself or others

2. Suspected child abuse or neglect

3. Court order or legal requirement

6. Limitation of Liability

Here and Now Therapy is not responsible for technical issues, internet disruptions, or outcomes outside the therapist’s professional duty of care.
