Meet Seerat

Seerat Kaur is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional difficulties, and life transitions. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable showing up as themselves. Seerat offers therapy in person and virtually and provides services in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.

Seerat was drawn to psychotherapy through a genuine curiosity about people, relationships, and the experiences that shape who we become. She believes that feeling truly heard and understood can be an important part of creating meaningful change. Her approach is person-centered, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and strength-based.

Depending on each client's individual needs, she integrates approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, attachment-based approaches, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Her goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build practical coping skills, strengthen their relationship with themselves and others, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Outside of therapy, Seerat enjoys yoga, meditation, journaling, exploring cafés and new places, travelling, and spending time in nature. She values curiosity, authenticity, personal growth, and meaningful connection, qualities that also influence the way she approaches her work as a therapist.
